All of our products are built to order. Each product takes some time to build and we provide an estimated shipping time on each product page. You will find our lead times vary from 3 to 40 days and we work hard to meet or exceed expectations. Many times an order will ship in advance of our estimated ship date. All of our domestic orders will ship via Fedex, UPS or USP.

Product

We can offer a few options for custom finishes. We can use any powder coated product to finish any of our products. You can find a complete assortment of colors on many different powder coating supplier websites. The site we generally recommend is https://www.prismaticpowders.com where a tremendous assortment of colors can be found. We can also provide a combination of finishes from our standard finishes. For example you can combine satin nickel and polished brass on the same item. All of our products are made to order in our factory in Louisa, VA. We use components from both domestic and global suppliers for our raw materials. All of our finishing and assembly operations take place in our Louisa, Va facility.

Coupons, Discounts and Promotions

We rarely participate in coupon campaigns. When we do, we only offer coupon codes through our own website and  to customers who subscribe to our email list.
