Ordering & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Every piece is made to order in your exact finish, and we email your estimated ship date right after checkout. US shipping is always free. On a deadline? Call (800) 720-2297 before ordering and we'll confirm timing.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship throughout the United States — free on every order. Shipping internationally? For larger international orders we can make it happen: call (800) 720-2297 or email sales@alliedbrass.com and we'll arrange it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Reach out within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to change or cancel. Once an order enters production, modifications may not be possible — every product is made to order, so production starts shortly after confirmation. What are your products made of?
Every Allied Brass product is built from solid brass — the same corrosion-resistant alloy trusted in marine hardware. Solid brass won't pit or tarnish, and it develops character over decades instead of deteriorating. Plating and assembly happen at our facility in Louisa, Virginia. Allied Brass has been designing solid brass hardware since 1950 — and the original collections are still in the catalog today.
How many finishes do you offer?
28 designer finishes, available across virtually every product in every collection. From timeless Polished Chrome and Satin Nickel to bolder choices like Matte Black, Antique Brass, Venetian Bronze, and Polished Nickel — your towel bar, soap dish, robe hook, and grab bar all match perfectly. How do I choose the right finish?
Start with what's already in your bathroom — the faucet, showerhead, or cabinet hardware. Matching your accessories to that existing finish creates a cohesive look. Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Contact us to initiate a return and we'll send instructions and a return authorization number. See our refund policy for full terms.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use — including finish issues like tarnishing or flaking. Solid brass is built to outlast the renovation, and the warranty backs that up. For full terms, see our warranty page.

Care & Maintenance
How do I clean my Allied Brass hardware?
Keep it simple: mild soap, warm water, and a soft cloth. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a clean towel. Avoid abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or harsh chemicals — these can damage the finish over time. With basic care, your Allied Brass hardware will look as good in twenty years as it does today.
