Limited Lifetime Warranty
Every Allied Brass product is backed by our Limited Lifetime Warranty. We build our hardware from solid brass and finish it in our Virginia facility — and we stand behind that work for as long as you own it.
What's Covered
- Defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use
- Finish integrity — tarnishing, flaking, or discoloration that results from manufacturing defects
- Structural failure of any component under normal use
If your Allied Brass product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at no charge. It's that simple.
What's Not Covered
- Damage from improper installation (please follow included instructions or hire a qualified installer)
- Damage from abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or scouring pads
- Normal wear consistent with age and use
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
- Commercial or institutional installations (contact us for commercial warranty terms)
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or modification of the product
How to File a Claim
Filing a warranty claim takes just a few steps:
- Contact us by phone or email with your name, order number (if available), and a description of the issue.
- Send photos of the product and the defect. This helps us assess the issue quickly.
- We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps — typically a replacement shipped directly to you at no cost.
In most cases, we do not require you to return the defective product. We'll let you know if a return is needed.

This warranty is provided by Avondale Decor, LLC and applies to Allied Brass products purchased through authorized retailers. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.
